One-to-One

Counselling

In my approach to one-to-one counseling and healing sessions, I integrate expressive arts, energy healing, Womb healing, Chakras, meditative interventions, mindfulness techniques and holistic spiritual practices backed by scientific evidences to facilitate deep healing, personal growth, and spiritual transformation.

 

We work in the form of sets of 12 sessions each and before beginning a set a three part assessment session is a must.

Expressive arts form a cornerstone of my sessions, as they provide a creative and nonverbal outlet for individuals to express their inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, music, movement, or writing, individuals can tap into their innate creativity and access deeper layers of self-awareness. This process can be profoundly therapeutic, allowing individuals to explore and release emotions, gain insights, and foster self-acceptance and empowerment.

Energy healing techniques are another integral part of my approach. By working with the subtle energies that flow through and around the body, I aim to restore balance, remove energetic blockages, and promote overall well-being. Practices such as Reiki, Qi Gong, Chakra healing or healing arts can help clear stagnant or negative energy, harmonize the chakras, and support the body's natural healing abilities. Energy healing sessions can be deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and can facilitate emotional and spiritual healing.

Holistic spiritual practices are interwoven throughout the counseling and healing sessions to support individuals in connecting with their spiritual essence and exploring their unique spiritual paths. This may involve practices such as meditation, breathwork, visualization, or prayer, tailored to the individual's beliefs and preferences. By nurturing the spiritual aspect, individuals can cultivate a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and connection with themselves, others, and the larger universe.

Within the counseling and healing space, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world and share their experiences. I believe in the inherent wisdom and resilience within each person, and my role is to facilitate their journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth by equipping the client with right tools and skills for life. By integrating expressive arts, energy healing, and holistic spiritual practices, I aim to address the multidimensional nature of human existence, fostering harmony and alignment on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

It is important to note that while these approaches can be powerful tools for personal growth and healing, they are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. In cases of severe mental health conditions or crises, it is essential to seek appropriate support from qualified healthcare professionals. My approach complements and enhances traditional therapeutic approaches, providing individuals with additional tools and perspectives to support their holistic well-being.
